Corporate Sponsorships

The Patuxent River Naval Air Museum Association offers several tiers of corporate sponsorships, allowing businesses to support the museum in a variety of ways and reap significant benefits in return:

Air Wing Level:

• Sponsorship recognition for an exhibit area inside the museum. The museum will work with your organization to create a plaque/sign featuring your logo and announcement of your support. A museum area or exhibit will also feature your company name, identifying your organization as a significant investor in the museum and its collection.
• Free use of the museum board room for meetings, team events, and off-sites up to 12 times annually. This room is housed in the Flight Technology Hall and can accommodate up to 20 people seated. The room features AV capabilities and wireless internet (based on availability).
• Fifteen annual family passes to use as employee incentives or give as gifts.
• One evening event in the Test & Evaluation Hall, for which we will waive the facility rental fee and provide set-up and event management.
• One “company day” per year at the museum, where the doors are open to company employees and their families free to charge.
• Early bird notification of upcoming events, including those where attendance capacity may be limited.
• Website and newsletter acknowledgement as an Air Wing-level sponsor.

Squadron Level:

• Recognition on museum’s sponsorship wall.
• Free use of the museum board room for meetings, team events, and off-sites up to eight times annually. This room is housed in the Flight Technology Hall and can accommodate up to 20 people seated. The room features AV capabilities and wireless internet (based on availability).
• Ten annual family passes to use as employee incentives or give as gifts.
• One evening event in the Test & Evaluation Hall annually at 25% discount from regular rates.
• Signage inside the museum for the year of your gift.
• One “company day” per year at the museum, where the doors are open to company employees and their families free of charge.
• Early bird notification of upcoming events, including those where attendance capacity may be limited.
• Website and newsletter acknowledgement as a Squadron-level sponsor.

Flight Lead Level:

• Free of use the museum board room for meetings, team events, and off-sites up to five times annually. This room is housed in the Flight Technology Hall and can accommodate up to 20 people seated. The room features AV capabilities and wireless internet (based on availability).
• Five annual family passes to use as employee incentives or give as gifts.
• Signage inside the museum for the year of your gift.
• One “company day” per year at the museum, where the doors are open to company employees and their families free of charge.
• Website and newsletter acknowledgement as a Flight Lead-level sponsor.
• Half-off discount on rental for events in the museum spaces.

Wingman Level:

• Two annual family passes to use as employee incentives or give as gifts.
• Signage inside the museum for the year of your gift.
• One “company day” per year at the museum, where the doors are open to company employees and their families free of charge.
• Website and newsletter acknowledgement as a Wingman-level sponsor.
